Superb Clubhouse Amenities
FOR SHARING THE GOOD LIFE WITH NEIGHBORS
The idea behind Shenandoah's 35,000 square foot Clubhouse Village is to provide amenities to suit every need, disposition, and desire. The Village, the central location for community gatherings, is anchored by two elegant side-by-side structures joined by a plaza-style courtyard. The plaza overlooks an ampitheatre that in warm weather is a perfect spot for the community's exceptional events (you've got to experience them to believe them!).
In the 25,000 square foot Social Club, currently under construction, residents will enjoy web surfing in the media center, a quiet read in the library, planned activities with like-minded hobbyists and club members, casual dining with friends, or a spontaneous gabfest around the majestic lobby fireplace. A spacious ballroom will be the scene of weddings, anniversaries, big birthdays, and other special occasions. What is NOT here is the smell of chlorine. Our indoor lap pool and other sports-related facilities are not found anywhere near the dining room. They're in our Fitness Club, just a few steps across the plaza.
The Fitness Club is fully operational and it has become a favorite hangout for residents. They're enjoying the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art weight room, and a spacious workout room in which to practice dance, aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and other forms of feel-good activity.
Not everything happens indoors! Residents of our community are justly proud of Lake Frederick, one of the greatest fishing holes around. The lake is encircled by miles of natural trails. Kayakers love it for its craggy coves (perfect for picnics). Birdwatchers dote on the avian menagerie nesting in the trees. Nature's special gifts are all part of the ambiance. In fact, you could say that the beauty of Nature IS the ambiance.
