Thoughtful Planning

FOR THE CONTINUOUS ENJOYMENT OF LIFE

A master planned community is created with extraordinary forethought, and its development proceeds according to an orderly plan. Its design must show concern for the natural environment. It features a blend of housing styles and a variety of amenities and recreational facilities. Its high standards are guaranteed by virtue of its registration with the relevant local government overseer, whose mandate is to protect the integrity of the plan. Internally, the community’s standards are overseen by a Homeowners Association.

At Shenandoah, 2130 homes will be built over a period of several years. In order to keep the community secure, provide architectural variety, and localize disruption, home construction will be accomplished in nine phases. Most of the homes planned for Phase One have been built and are now occupied, and preparation of lots in Phase Two is complete.

It is impossible to exaggerate the beauty and value of a home within a community nestled in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley . No place in the Eastern United States has a prouder history or a more exciting and dramatic landscape. Both lake and mountain views are ever present and their wonders change in harmony with the seasons.

Shenandoah’s homes and public spaces are built to complement the natural beauty of the area. Two and three bedroom designs are created specifically for Shenandoah, and echo the excitement of the surrounding Valley. These first-floor living homes feature Universal Design , which allows seniors to remain in their homes when they may be taken over by age or infirmity.

Winchester Homes offers the Artistry Collection™ – featuring “your home your way” custom design options. Their luxurious single-level living homes and villas are designed to complement the lake environment at Shenandoah.

During later phases of construction, town homes and condominiums will be added to the many ownership choices to be found at Shenandoah.
