Where is Shenandoah?

ON LAKE FREDERICK’S SHORES – WHAT A PERFECT SPOT!

Shenandoah is nestled in the foothills of the famed Blue Ridge Mountains, and surrounds 120-acre Lake Frederick, Virginia, where miles of trails wind through forested land. The community is midway between the historic towns of Winchester and Front Royal VA, in Northern Virginia’s Frederick County, just 90 minutes from Washington D.C. The main entrance is on Rt. 522 / Rt. 340, a few miles from Interstate 81 and about 1 hour from Dulles International Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: Although our community is vibrant and construction activity in Phase Two is continuing, we are temporarily unable to accommodate new home buyers. Please check back in this space for updates regarding the resumption of sales activity.
