Development of a master planned community proceeds according to an orderly plan. Its design must show concern for the natural environment. Shenandoah’s plan features a blend of housing styles and a variety of amenities and recreational facilities. Internally, the community’s standards are overseen by a Homeowners Association.

Construction of Shenandoah’s 2130 homes will be accomplished in nine phases. Most Phase One homes have been completed and are now occupied. Residents occupy homes in scenic Phase Two as well.

It is impossible to exaggerate the beauty and value of a home within this community, nestled as it is in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. No place in the Eastern United States has a prouder history or a more dramatic landscape. Both lake and mountain views change in harmony with the seasons.

During later phases of construction, town homes and condominiums will be added to the ownership choices at Shenandoah.
