Our popular activities director, Kisha Phillips, has a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to provide programs that delight and inform.

The Shenandoah activities calendar has something for everyone. Tennis and golf players, workout devotees, fishing and boating enthusiasts, bird watchers, stamp collectors, card players, gourmets, history buffs and music lovers will all find themselves caught up in the excitement of Shenandoah’s events and activities.

Kisha works with the homeowners’ creative and energetic Activities Committee to plan and execute not only day-to-day activities, but also major events that regularly attract some 90% of the community’s residents.  Among the most popular of these are Grill Nights (summer evenings at poolside), the annual Founders’ Day, and Friends and Family Day.

Visitors to our Stay and Play program are linked with resident hosts who share their interests, and partipate in activities right along with them.
