Shenandoah’s 35,000 square foot Clubhouse Village provides amenities to suit every need, disposition, and desire. The Village is anchored by two side-by-side structures joined by a spacious, plaza-style courtyard.

In the 25,000 square foot Social Club, currently under construction, residents will enjoy dining, dancing, web surfing, reading, a wealth of planned activities with like-minded friends — without the smell of chlorine. Our indoor lap pool and other sports-related facilities are nowhere near the dining room. They’re in our Fitness Club, a building that’s just a few steps across the plaza.

The fully operational Fitness Club, a favorite hangout for residents, houses indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art weight room, and a spacious workout room in which to practice dance, aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and other forms of feel-good activity.

The Village affords a dramatic view of Lake Frederick, and the lake is encircled by miles of natural trails.
